Food Bank Assistant

My responsibilities included inspecting, sorting, and boxing non-perishable food items. I also worked on the distribution line, helping to hand out food packages to community members with respect and dignity.

• Helped sort and pack over 10,000 pounds of food.
• Assisted in serving an average of 150 families per day during distribution shifts.
• Trained new volunteers on safety and food handling procedures.
